In partnership with rabbis across denominations throughout the USA, The Jewish Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Resource Center (www.jdrc.org) is celebrating Jewish Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Awareness Shabbat on May 5th 2012. Ask your rabbi to celebrate with us by giving a sermon that Shabbat about the Mitzvah we read in Kedoshim, “Do not insult the deaf…..” What does this Mitzvah mean to you and your community? Study together, ”like” Jewish Deaf Resource Center on Facebook, and then post a message letting us know your thoughts. We look forward to sharing ideas.
