MATAN is currently seeking a special education professional with a strong background in Jewish education and/or Judaic studies to serve as Education Director.  The education director will be the lead educational professional and will oversee programs for Jewish children with special needs, provide supervision to special educators, develop and evaluate curricular materials, give workshops/presentations, and further the organization’s overall efforts to increase opportunities and accommodations for Jewish children with special needs. We are seeking a “team player,” who can also work independently on ongoing assignments, and serve as a partner with the Executive Director in determining the strategic educational direction of the organization.
