Over the past 8 years (and 10 cohorts!) we have had the honor of working with Jewish professionals who bring with them a wide range of experience, both in Jewish education and in disability inclusion. Because this program is specifically tailored to each cohort, and each participant, we are able to meet you where you are on your path to full inclusion.

Audience
Our cohort is designed for Education Directors and Youth Directors.
Location
All three sessions of the Matan Institute will take place at our offices in New York City. Other logistical details will be provided upon acceptance.
Program
The Matan Institute is composed of 42 hours of in-person training with leading inclusion experts from both Jewish and secular education, 3 webinars and ongoing engagement with a Matan Mentor selected specifically to meet your needs and help you establish and reach your short-term and long-term inclusion goals.
Content
Past Institute topics have included Executive Functioning, Differentiating Instruction, Budgeting for Inclusion, Change Theory and Visioning, Asking the Right Questions (registration forms, student goals, etc.), ADHD, Anxiety, Communicating with Families, Marketing Inclusion, and much more!
Investment
The cost to participate in the Matan Institute is as follows: $1,800 for one Director; $1,200 for a 2nd Director from the same synagogue/organization. Please e-mail Meredith@matankids.org with any questions.
