Melissa Keinan has nearly 25 years of experience as an Inclusion Specialist. As a former Special Education Itinerant teacher and Behavioral Therapist she has worked one-on-one with families whose children who were diagnosed with various developmental delays, including Autism, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, Sensory Processing needs, and Down Syndrome.  She is Montessori trained and provided primary guidance to student’s parents and caregivers during her many years as a teacher. As a Parent Coach, Melissa has worked with parents through their most challenging moments. She is approachable, knowledgeable, and is able to synthesize concerns and needs while developing effective and successful inclusive plans for schools, enrichment programs, and individual families.
