What is a Community Consultation?
Through this signature program, Matan works with stakeholders across organizations in a particular community or region in order to understand the inner workings of that community, their priorities, the local expertise that exists and the current challenges to inclusion. As a result of these meetings, the Matan staff presents the community leadership with a disability inclusion strategic roadmap incorporating short term and long term recommendations.
